The 410 workout from FeedTheFitness

FeedTheFitness at YouTube has some videos with some kick-butt workout music. This is the 410 workout, and it consists of 5 rounds timed of:

  • 10 medicine ball burpees
  • 10 hang cleans
  • 10 front squats
  • 10 deadlifts

Modify these things to suit your fitness level, now. Don't hurt yourself trying to replicate what someone in shape can do.
